- download Proxifier
- Install Proxifier
- connect Idea Eith APN as Mobile
- Run Proxifier
- In Proxifier Go to Options>Proxy settings>Add: 5.9.236.123, Port: 443, https, OK
- Now the Next add another Proxy by again clicking add, this will establish a proxy chain, add one of these proxy from below
