  2. For Browsing Use the Proxies and Ports in Google Chrome or Firefox as given above,
  3. For Downloading use the above Proxies in IDM Settings.,
  4. In the Url Bar simply enter  free-ip.mediacf.com 
  5. In place of free-ip use any of the free-ip or free homepage that opens even at RS0.0 balance
    For ex.... Free homepage working in Lucknow, UP are
    live.vodafone.in
    10.10.1.10
  6. These given above are Free Ip and page working in Lucknow, UP

      I prefer to use free-ip
      10.10.1.100
      if this one dosen't works
      then try
      live.vodafone.in
      both are good

    Can i use this proxy,port and ip in uc browser?without add a new account(but change apn)...

    After this will it work normally or not?

      IF you use a mobile browser then you can try the handler trick it works more perfectly..
      as i have tried it just download any handler....
