•  Now Open it and Run it
• Connect your Internet with Portalnmms

• Also be sure your Antivirus or any other Application Update is Turned off, Otherwise this will empty your Balance.
• Open UltraSurf, Then Click on Option, and Now Click on Proxy Settings.
• Enter The Below Proxy as Seen In the Image.

As Seen in the above image, you need to Select Manual Proxy Settings and Enter10.10.1.100 in Proxy host and Enter 9401 in Proxy Port. Thats All. Click on OK Button and Save the  changes.

• Also you need to Enter The Below Proxy in your Browser and IDM.

• Port:     9666
