The Panasonic P31 comes with a 5-inch FWVGA 480×854 pixel display with an ‘ultra oleophobic’ coating meant to protect against fingerprints. Inside we find a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU from an unspecified maker, and 4GB of inbuilt storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card; no mentions of the RAM capacity. The device comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support capable of recording full-HD (1080p) videos and a VGA front-facing camera.
P31′s battery has a 2000mAh capacity which is said to last up to 13
hours of 2G talk time and 9 hours of 3G talk time. On the connectivity
side, it comes with 3G, FM radio, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi
Hotspot and Bluetooth 4.0. Despite not being a 4G device, it does come
with HSPA+. The P31 also comes with the“Play Life” user interface which
has four main features: “Gesture Play”, draw-to-unlock gesture based
feature; “Pop-i Player” to multi-task while watching videos; “Music
cafĂ©” for organizing your music and “Ultimate Saver” for switching
battery modes. The “Heat-Sink” feature is an interesting feature which
maintains the device temperature through controlled heat dissipation
